Texas Fence — Profitability

Every job's contract value (what the Project tab books on its completion date) against the money recorded against that job in the DBX transactions register. Those rows are bank-side entries — a 4xxx income account credited against a bank account — so this column tracks cash received per job, not invoices raised. It deliberately does not tie to Company P&L revenue: the P&L is prepared on a different basis (the balance sheet carries an Accounts Receivable balance, and the register's monthly totals differ from P&L income in both directions). So "nothing collected" means no payment is recorded against the job — not that nobody invoiced it. Check the A/R tab and DBX before chasing anyone.
